7. Waterway Point Management reserves the right to review all purchases prior to granting the redemption.
C. raffle
1. Frasers Property Retail Management management and employees are not eligible to participate in sweepstakes held by all shopping centers.
2. FRx members may have electronic draw chances during the activity period. Electronic prize drawings will be entered into the system when a member wins a prize in the Power Prize Draw.
3. The Lucky Draw will be held on June 28, 2023 using a computer program at 83 Punggol Central, Waterway Point Singapore 828761.
4. Winners will be notified by phone or email within 7 days after results are determined.
5. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or redeemed for cash or in-kind.
6. If any prize is rejected, the prize will go to the next alternate winner.
7. If any prize is not claimed or is not claimed within the stipulated time, the prize will be considered unclaimed or not accepted and the prize will be forfeited. Frasers Properties Retail Management will not be responsible if any winner does not redeem the prize within the specified date.
8. Frasers Properties Retail Management reserves the right to donate confiscated prizes to a charity of its choice or replace prize with an item of similar value at any time without notice.
