After completing awar zonematch, make a note of the match summary detailing what you unlocked during the session. It also contains the XP, or game experience, you've earned.

XP is split into two types: Weapon XP and Normal XP:

Weapon Exp:This is how you level up your primary and secondary weapons while using them. Weapon XP remains on your weapons between the game they were originally in (Cold War Black OpsoModern war®) ywar zone, allowing you to level up between games.

Regular XP (only "XP"):This is how you level up your account to unlock new weapons for your Loadouts or Loadout Drops and other items that can be used insidewar zone,Cold War Black Ops, youModern war.

during awar zoneAfter completing a certain action, such as killing an enemy, completing a contract, or depositing money in Loot mode, you may see a popup with a specific amount of XP earned.

Earn XP: In-game actions

In-game actions:This is the most obvious way to gain XP; in-game actions that reward XP. These on-screen prompts the moment you complete an action even show how much XP you've earned from the task. However, this is not the only method of earning XP. Here are some other ways:

Game Bonus -After finishing awar zonematch, regardless of location, your squad gains some XP as a match bonus. The higher your placement, the more XP in your match bonus. This bonus is applied after the match ends as part of your after-action report.

Earn XP: Challenges

Challenges -This is your main source of big XP gains. Challenges are mostly found next to the Barracks section of yourwar zonemenu, where it shows how much XP you can earn from completing tasks along with any other rewards that might come with it.More information about this menu here.

Challenges can include:

daily challenges– Daily Challenges are limited-time objectives that reward a solid amount of XP and/or other rewards. They grant you 2,500 XP upon completion, you get three Daily Challenges per day, and you can keep up to 25 Daily Challenges in Caches to complete at your leisure.

Examples of daily challengesthey include getting 20 LMG kills and getting a kill before the first circle collapses.

season challenges– Each season, you have a chance to unlock 20 Season Challenges through the Prestige System. You unlock the first one at prestige level 1, and unlock the additional 19 every 10 levels from level 10 onwards. These challenges can be completed at any time.war zoneoCold War Black Opsmultiplayer.

Examples of Season Challengesthey include getting 500 LMG kills, with XP rewarded every 100 kills as a milestone, or earning an elimination by hacking an enemy's proximity mine.

professional challenges -Longer and more difficult to complete compared to the previous two sets of challenges, Career Challenges must be completed during your Warzone career. At a minimum, they reward 5,000 XP for completing an animated business card.

Examples of professional challengesthey include winning 300 Battle Royale matches or completing your fifth bounty in a single match with all team members still alive.

operator missions– Another set of objectives that grant XP, in addition to rewards like Operator skins and calling cards, are Operator Quests, found in the Operator section of thewar zonemenu. They are typically unlocked every 10 levels for specific Operators as part of a Battle Pass, and their purpose can vary fromwar zoneand other modes such as Multiplayer or Zombies in fullObligationsgames.

XP related game items

Weapon Camouflage Challenges

Each weapon that can be equipped in a Loadout comes with a set of Weapon Cloak Challenges, which are unlocked as you level up that weapon.

Go to the Gunsmith menu, go to the Customize section and select Camouflage to see what camouflages you can equip, including the ones you get in the Shop and the ones you can unlock. There are a set of basic camouflage styles, each with numerous color variants, and each style requires a different challenge to complete, with more color variants unlocked when challenge totals increase to a specific amount.

Examples of weapon camouflage challengescan include getting a certain number of kills while mounted with a gun or taking down multiple vehicles with a launcher.

reticle challenges

Like the camouflage challenges, the various reticles, which appear on a scope or in the shooter's default crosshairs, also have their own set of challenges. This allows you to add even more flair to a weapon or provide range finding options that may be more comfortable for you.

Reticle challenges have similar objectives to camouflage challenges, for example getting a string of kills while mounted or killing three enemies without dying multiple times, but can be done with a variety of weapons as long as the relevant optics or scope is used .

In other words, it doesn't matter what weapon you use, a reticle challenge will count towards that type of reticle as long as you're using it on that weapon. Try to collect them all as you travel to unlock the other camouflages!

Battle Pass Levels and Seasons:XP also plays a role in Battle Pass level progression. While the system is also related to the amount of time you play, completing actions that would earn you XP, i.e. kills and contracts, will result in a faster level gain rate.

Since seasons only last a few weeks, meaning there's a limited amount of time to earn every Battle Pass tier, every bit of XP counts towards progression.

Yes, your overall progression and rank is transferable between the three games. If you decide to upgrade or trywar zoneas aCold War Black OpsEuModern warOwned: Your progression is maintained (and always merged) between these games.

The amount of XP needed to increase your rank is a fixed number that can be seen on the rank progress screen or in an after-action report after a match ends.

Here's a quick walkthrough of what the rank progression between games looks like:

1. Military Posts.at firstwar zone,Modern war, oCold War Black OpsFor the first time as a new player, you will embark on your progression journey as Tier 1, also known as Private First Class 1, in the military ranks. This is the first progression path where you will unlock cargo items inwar zone,negro cold War, youModern war.

2. Level up in the military ranks.Earn XP inAny gamewill count towards leveling up, and each military rank level corresponds to new unlocks. For example: At level 4 (Lance Corporal I) you will unlock Create-a-Class and Custom Loadouts.

3. The journey to 55.You will unlock all basic cargo items forCold War Black Ops,Modern war, youwar zoneup to military rank 55, also known as commander.

4. After level 55, welcome to Prestige.Once you complete Military Rank 55, you earn your first Prestige, which puts you on a new leveling path at Season Tier 1. To indicate this, the icon next to your name changes from a military insignia to the first prestige icon. You are now considered in Prestige 1!

5. A reward every 50 levels.Every 50 levels, you reach a new Prestige (for example, if you are Prestige 1 and reach Level 50 in a season, you are at Prestige 2), which gives you a new Prestige Icon next to your name. prestige ispermanenteand perform stations. Expert XP Accumulation: Combining Actions

Grouping of specific challenges, eg. opting for a daily challenge that involves reviving at the same time as completing a season challenge can be the most efficient way to maximize your XP earning potential, as you can take out multiple targets while performing roughly the same task.

Example: stack challenges

Locura Molotov:Let's say you're a Molotov Cocktail master and there's a Daily Challenge that involves three kills for (hypothetically) 2,500 XP. Lucky for you, there's also a Seasonal Challenge that awards another 2,500 XP for winning 15 Molotov kills.

That's a lot of XP already... But then there's an Operator who wants you to get five Molotov kills to unlock one of his cool skins and give you another 2,500 XP.

Additionally, another daily challenge requires you to kill three downed enemies (for another 2,500 XP, and the way a Molotov spreads fire on the ground basically spells trouble for those who can't move quickly).

Let's recap: Since challenges are "stackable", as long as they are active (and manually ticked if necessary) at the same time, you can complete them all at once. In total, this grouping of theoretical targets would reward you with over 10,000 XP, not including the normal XP you'd get from killing the Molotov Cocktail!

game bonus

While stacking objectives is a great way to gain XP, one of the biggest XP boosts some players miss out on is the Match Bonus. if you miss onewar zoneIf you leave the game when any of your squad members are alive, you will lose your Match Bonus XP. Fortunately, the game will warn you that you will lose this bonus if you try to fold in a situation where you would lose it.

In short, thewar zoneOperators who level up the fastest finish their matches, combine challenges and mission objectives as they play, and even dive into multiplayer and special ops for every opportunity to earn XP.
